We’re All Ears
Tuck listens to you with an educated ear asking pertinent questions to gain a feel for what you want. From that initial consultation, rough design sketches are created. A communication exchange begins between you – the customer – and Batch Building & Remodeling; the design is developed through this communication exchange.
Architects
Batch Building & Remodeling is not a registered architect and, as such, cannot provide you with a final, detailed and “sealed” set of plans that may be required for your building permit. Batch Building does, however, work with a number of architects who will take into account the plans developed by Batch Building. The benefit of obtaining the initial conceptual plans from Batch Building is that you will have an estimate of the cost of the project based upon those conceptual plans prior to spending money for a final set of plans.
If you already have an architect involved in your project, Tuck and his team work to ensure your architectural plans are interpreted and followed. If a situation arises that impacts your project, Tuck will contact the architect, with your permission, to discuss possible changes to your plan.
